kits are now available to Academy of Osseointegration members
at a discount rate. The kits include:

The top of the case is labeled with "Brånemark System," while
the bottom of the case is labeled with "Nobelpharma".
The retail value of the kits is US$15 each. However,
while supplies last, the Foundation is making these kits available
to Academy members for only US$7.50, including shipping and
handling. The kits can be ordered in any quantity by faxing
the Osseointegration Foundation Executive Office at (847) 439-1569.
Payment by VISA, MasterCard or American Express is accepted,
as are checks drawn on a US bank. Unfortunately, it is not
possible to provide invoices, or to ship via COD.
