The Academy of Osseointegration (AO) has arranged for special discounts on airfares with Delta/Northwest Airlines for travel to Orlando. Please mention the AO file number (listed below) when making your airline reservations.

Scroll down and click on Rapid-Rez links. When the booking page comes up, click on "Create New User." Enter personal information - click "done". The next page asks for more detailed personal information - here you must enter a credit card number and billing address to make a reservation. Scroll down and click "save". Click on the "Travel Planner" tab to make a reservation. Please record your user ID and your Password for future use. Discount fares are automatically displayed on this site and booking on this site will have a reduced agency service fee of $15.

Instructions:

Upon your arrival at Orlando International Airport, proceed to one of the Mears Motor Shuttle ticket counters and present your coupon to the Mears counter attendant.
"A" Terminal - Directly across from American Baggage Claim #5
"B" Terminal - Directly across from United Baggage Claim #24
"B" Terminal - Directly across from Delta Baggage Claim #29
After redeeming your coupon for a round trip ticket, please present your ticket to the Mears "Starter" located on level one at the curb.
The Starter will then direct you to a designated shuttle servicing the hotel. Our shuttles run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - departing the curb approximately every 30 minutes.

Plan to allow three hours prior to your flight time for your transfer to the airport.
