Q: When will Annual Meeting Registration open?
A: Online registration is now open. Advance Programs will be mailed in early December.
Q: How do I register to attend?
A: Registration is now open. The fastest and easiest way to register is by registering online. Just click on the blue "Click here to register for the Annual Meeting" link above.
You can also register by mailing or faxing the Annual Meeting Registration form to the AO home office. This form will be available on the AO web site (click "2010 Annual Meeting" in the menu bar to the left) and in the Advance Program.
Q: Does AO offer discounts on hotel accommodations and airline travel?
A: Yes, Annual Meeting attendees wil receive a special room rate at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort® hotel. The discounted rate will not be available until Registration opens in December. AO also offers special discounts on airfares with participating airlines.

Q: What Annual Meeting functions/activities can my spouse/guest attend?
A: Registered spouses and guests are provided access to the Exhibit Hall and Spouse/Guest Hospitality Suite and are invited to attend the Thursday evening Welcome Reception and the Friday evening President's Reception.
Q: How do I become a member of AO?
A: Membership applications can be downloaded from the AO web site and mailed, e-mailed or faxed to the AO home office. Completed application forms must be submitted (in a timely manner) with the required information/documents and membership fees to qualify for the member discounted Annual Meeting Registration fees.
Q: What is appropriate meeting attire?
A: Resort casual attire is recommended for this meeting.
Q: What is the average local temperature in March?
A: The average temperature for Orlando in March is 55-78 degrees Fahrenheit
