Registration Fees
A complete schedule of annual meeting fees can be accessed online or by checking the registration forms in the center of the Preliminary Program.
Registration Times
Registration will be held on the Hall D Lobby Level of the San Diego Convention Center at:
3:00 pm – 7:00 pm Wednesday, February 25
6:30 am – 6:00 pm Thursday, February 26
7:00 am – 4:00 pm Friday-Saturday, February 27 - 28
Confirmations
Online registrants are urged to print the confirmation screen at
the end of the registration process; a confirmation will not be mailed. Registrants who submit forms by fax or mail
will receive a confirmation by mail. Bring your confirmation to the
meeting. This is your proof that you are registered for the meeting.
Cancellation
Policy
You may receive a refund if your cancellation is received in
writing (mail, fax or email) on or before February 8, 2009. A $75
processing fee will be retained. No refunds of $5 or less will be made. No refunds will be made on registrations canceled after February 8, 2009.
President's
Reception
The President's Reception will be held from 7:00 to 9:00 pm at the San Diego Marriott & Marina on Friday, February 27. All registered attendees are invited to this social gala. Please plan to attend.

The meeting will be held at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, California. The convention hotels include the San Diego Marriott Hotel & Marina (headquarters), Omni San Diego and Hilton San Diego Bayfront hotels

The deadline for hotel reservations is Friday, January 30, 2009.
Hotel reservations / rate availability are not guaranteed after the room block is full or after January 30, 2009. Please register early – only a limited number of rooms are available. A portion of the room rate will subsidize the cost of the meeting space rental.
AO Official Travel Agency
To book your air travel, please call Uniglobe Preferred Travel at (847) 640-7100 or (800) 626-0359 and after the prompt dial “0” (M-F 8:30 am – 5:30 pm CST).
Book your travel online at www.uniglobepreferred.com. Scroll down and click on Rapid-Rez links. When the booking page comes up, click on “Create New User”. Enter personal information, click “done”; the next page is for more detailed personal information – here you must enter a credit card number and billing address to make a reservation. Scroll down and click “Save”. Click on the “Travel Planner” tab to make a reservation. Please record your User ID and your Password for future use. Discount fares are automatically displayed on this site and booking on this site will have a reduced agency service fee of $15.
Airfare Discounts
AO has arranged for special discounts on airfares with American Airlines and a special program with Delta Airlines for travel to San Diego. Please mention the AO Authorization number (listed below) when making your airline reservations.
Transportation to and from San Diego International Airport

Cloud 9 Super Shuttle operates seven days a week / 24 hours per day. Vans leave from the “shuttle for hire island” outside of baggage claim. If you have any questions, upon your arrival – call (619) 564-7998.

Some speakers may be eligible for complimentary general meeting registration and/or workshops. However, all speakers must register for the meeting regardless of whether or not a fee is charged.
